SpicePay is a blockchain payment processor. We enable merchants to accept various cryptocurrencies as payment for goods and services, and process the payments they receive from customers. We also offer an online wallet for storing the information needed to keep track of holdings and transactions.

Please note, SpicePay is not a cryptocurrency exchange or a platform for buying or selling cryptocurrency. Our payment processing services are only available to businesses that offer products and/or services for sale and legitimate charitable organizations that accept donations.
We currently process payments in Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC), Ethereum (ETH) and BitcoinCash (BCH). We are in the process of adding more, so please check our Blog page for updates. SpicePay account holders will also be notified by email when a new cryptocurrency has been integrated.

The next step is to integrate the payment functionality into your website. This generally takes 4-6 hours and requires basic developer skills, but our developers will walk you through it if needed. You can find more detailed information about integration here.
For developers, we offer solutions across platforms through Iframes, payment buttons, and API, as well as the following e-commerce plugins: Magento, WooCommerce, WordPress, Opencart 1/2/3, Zencart, Prestashop, and WHMCS, with more coming in the future. SpicePay will not be accountable and is in no way responsible for any outcomes resulting from a user’s failure to adequately screen customers.
When you receive cryptocurrency payments from your customers, the funds will be deposited to your SpicePay wallet by default. We offer you the option to protect yourself from volatility by storing your funds in fiat currency. All you need to do is check the respective box in the Payouts section of your Merchant Dashboard. Withdraw can be initiated manually (for fiat and cypto holdings) or automatically (for crypto holdings only). These settings can be accessed and confirmed through the Merchant Dashboard.
You can withdraw funds in cryptocurrency, fiat currency or a combination of both. If you opt for cryptocurrency settlement, your funds will be deposited to the address specified in your account profile. Or, you can make withdrawals in USD, EUR, GBP and CAD and receive them via wire transfer, SEPA or PayPal. Please remember that you assume volatility risks of the currency in which you choose to settle. For example, if you choose to settle in bitcoins, then you assume the volatility risk of the bitcoin value. If you wish to protect yourself from volatility, consider opting for automatic conversion.
